Shlomo J Cohen has been involved in hospital design and project management since 1994.

Shlomo J Cohen operated as a senior project manager and as a partner in the CPM Project Management company, and was the head of the hospital team dealing with hospital design management, project management and construction management for projects over 300,000m².

Shlomo J Cohen has also worked as project manager for the Israeli Pavilion in Shanghai EXPO 2010 together with Chinese C3 Management company from November 2007 until completion in May 2010.

In most of the larger and more complex projects led by Shlomo J Cohen, he managed Architectural Design companies from several countries, such as Boston and New York, USA; Lugano, Switzerland; Milan, Italy; Prague, Czech Republic  and Copenhagen, Denmark.

Shlomo J Cohen acted as the CEO of a real estate development company, Minrav International, operating in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, together with Minrav Development Corporation.

It is our mission to contribute from our vast experience in the design, project and construction management fields. To achieve these goals we actively manage, control and monitor all processes connected with program development, architectural design, detailed design and engineering coordination. In addition to our design management capabilities we offer our services during the construction stages. This includes monitoring the tendering, budgeting, constructing, procurement, quality assurance, safety assurance, commissioning and occupancy processes. The design management services that we offer in the program and design phase and the monitoring services which we offer during the construction phases, will be a major factor in guaranteeing  a successful project.
